Anolon Advanced Nonstick Bakeware 9.5" Fluted Mold Pan

Purchased this pan from Macy's about a year ago and loved it so much I purchased another one from Amazon. Great weight, never sticks and it pan looks almost as good as it did on the first day. I spray the pan with baker's spray, bake, and cakes release without a hitch.

I always hand-wash - takes about a minute - and place the pan in the warm oven to dry completely and avoid rust.

Like another reviewer, I bought my original Anolon mold pan at Macy's and love it so much that I have now added a second one to my Amazon Wish List (about $2 cheaper than Macy's regular price). With just a bit of greasing, cakes and breads release beautifully. No dishwasher needed - this mold is a cinch to clean with soapy water and a sponge. The wide lip with rubberized handles makes it easy to put in and remove from the oven (keeping in mind that the handles are no substitute for a potholder). I have not run into any problems with using this pan.
