Just tries it twice so far, and it works perfectly. No leaking, easy handle, that's all I was asking for! Made a raspberry cheesecake and got lots of oohs and ahs, my guests thought I had bought it at an expensive bakery or something. All the credit goes to this spring form pan!

I purchased this pan at Macy's, and love it so much that I have put a second one on my Amazon Wish List (about $3 less than Macy's).

The non-stick surface works like a charm - with just a little bit of greasing ahead of time, nothing sticks. Cleanup is a snap, with just some soapy water and a sponge.

The pan is sturdy, distributes heat evenly, and most importantly - the bottom latches securely into the top, forming a solid seal that does not leak.

I cannot think of any negatives for this pan (I cannot say the same for another no-name brand pan that will be tossed out as soon as I get my 2nd Anolon)

I got this as a gift for my sister. When it arrived I was surprised how nice and heavy it was- felt like really good quality. I can't speak for how well it works...but seemed like a solid pan.
