When I ordered this, my idea was to replace a Circulon 12 inch hard anodized griddle that lasted for about 2 years under regular use and some misuse. It gave us great Indian dosas with awesome texture, until it started becoming sticky. I wanted to try a non-stick this time and ordered this. The Anolon is lighter and easier to handle compared to my Circulon. Also, the non-stick coating is fine but just not suitable for your thin and crispy dosas. Just a heads up for those contemplating to purchase this pan for dosas. I wish I had been informed by someone before I made the purchase.

I love this pan, it comes in so handy for a bunch of different uses. The even heating from center to edge is amazingly consistent...browning everything the same no matter where it's placed. Also a great "one pan" breakfast pan...eggs, sausage, hash browns...all in same pan...You have to get this beauty, it will serve you well.

Sorry, I love Amazon, however errors occur, and the picture is not the pan. Pictured is their Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Inch, 5-Quart Covered Saute Pan 94.99 dollars. That is a great pan, I had one for years. The picture should be of a flat griddle........

I've had this pan for about a month now, and I really love it. I used it to make crepes and french toast. The non-stick coating works great, I never add any oil to the pan before cooking and so far so good. The pan has a comfortable rubber grip and a very sturdy handle. My only complaint is that I wish they had made the handle slightly lighter. It is heavier than the pan itself. It's not really a problem for cooking, but it makes the pan a little tipsy if you don't put it down on a flat surface.

I received the griddle when I purchased a cookware set from Anolon and I have found it to be quite useful. Never having owned a griddle prior to this I highly recommend everyone having one in their kitchen set! It's comfortable, easy to clean, and lightweight. Just don't use metal on any of the Anolon Advanced products or it will scratch the non-stick coating.

I have now had this pan for about one year. At first I simply loved it but it must be used at very, very low heat or the coating just flakes right off.

We got a set of these pans as a wedding gift 10 years ago. We use this pan almost daily and just love it. It finally began to show wear and we replaced it.

This griddle/pan is great. Lots of room so you can have several items cooking/warming at the same time. Especially good for breakfast. Has become the one I use the most.

anything delicate. It gives the crêpes and pancakes a beautiful golden sheen for perfection presentation
for that special person who stayed overnight! Just like in the romantic comedies! :-)
