I love Anolon cookware and this Roasting pan did not change my opinion. Cooked a small turkey with plenty of room in the pan. Roasted very even on bottom of bird. Cleanup was a breeze.

I use this as my primary roaster for large meats and it functions beautifully. It is a quality, heavy item and stands up well.
