I purchased this after buying the bronze cookware that comes from the same line. This was the best casserole baking pan I've owned in my 43 years of marriage. I immediately ordered a second one for myself, and two more, one for each of my daughters as a gift. Everything you bake washes right out, no need for soaking or scouring.
