Meaning this is the only knife I care to use. It sits on the counter and not in the block as it is able to serve all my food-prep needs. But your mileage and preferences may differ.
It is holding it's edge, at least I haven't felt the need to put a stone to it yet. And it is definitely a good-looking knife. And I don't think a forged Chef's knife like this can be had for less.
