I've had this cookware since 1991. It has performed exactly as promised. Regardless of all the use (this is the hardest working piece in the set) It's in great shape. I use it for so many things, sauteing vegetables, a large omelette (to share).A 10" skillet is a must have and more than one is even better. Please never use aerosol cooking sprays. A "pumped" spray is recommended or just pour a little oil or a pat of butter for more flavor. Great even heat and total release, even when cheese is used. Fast easy hand wash!

Hubby is always frying eggs and constantly complained about the "non-stick" skillet he used. I've used other Anolon products so got the Classic skillet especially for him. He thinks it's great! The eggs slide out slick as you please and leave no evidence behind. A quick wipe with a paper towel and it's good to go for tomorrow!

We got a lot of nice pans from our wedding registry, but none of the non-stick stuff we requested. A few months later, I noticed this pan on Amazon's Friday sale and given that it was $15 or $20, decided it couldn't hurt to try this guy out.Wow! I wish some of the other Anolon stuff would go on such deep discount! This pan heats evenly, and while it heats reasonably quickly, it's thick enough to hold some heat for even cooking. It lays perfectly flat on my burner (which is just a bit crooked, but it gives my other pans fits due to their heavy handles). The handle doesn't get too hot, and this is the easiest-to-clean pan I own. I'd like to give it 4.5 stars because a lid would be nice, but there are sites online where you can buy lids for various cookware for under $10 so I'm going to round up instead of down. I seriously recommend this pan, and if the other Anolon non-stick stuff is this good, COLLECT THEM ALL.
