Wonderful cookie sheets....nice and heavy, doesn't warp in oven and no sticking...everything that's important. Only downside is that it a little too large for my sink and find them hard to wash without sloshing water all over me and the back of the sink.. definitely buy this product.

I purchesed this via Amazon a year ago. It has since been thrown in the garbage.
It scratched very easily and warped in high temp ovens. I by no means am a commercial baker. It's main uses were for cookies and nachos. It never went under the broiler and the highest temp it saw was maybe 425. Within 6 months it was rendered useless. Warped rather fast, and don't even plan on cutting anything on it because it was scratch and in return pucker in the oven. Oh, and cleaning- NO thanks. This thing was a pain. The price was right so whatever, but honestly the $5 cookie sheets at your local grocer store will hold up longer.

This cookie sheet is heavy duty! No bending or warping here. Plenty strong for whatever monstrous confection that may strike your fancy.
