3.0 out of 5 stars Not impressed...
I've had this for almost 2 years. I don't bake everyday so my sheet is not heavily used. In the beginning this was a great cookie sheet. It did everything I expected it to. I don't know how long I had it before it started warping. It is a rather large cookie sheet. I could've used one a little smaller but I thought it would be more sturdy. But everytime I bake something...

I have lived in Europe recently and was unable to use my jelly roll pans and cookie sheets because of the standard size of the ovens there. I purchased these because they would easily fit their ovens. I used them at Christmas and was thrilled at how the cookies came out. I have never used a cookie sheet that cooked such as to have the cookies literally sliding off the cookie sheet without any nudge. If you have a gas oven I would suggest watching the first batch to see the actual time you need in. I accidentally browned the bottom a little too much the first batch. They are more weighty than my other cookie sheets, but that is their only draw back. A true find for the frequent baker.

Best cookie sheet I have owned. Well made, resists the warping I have seen in other sheets, resists scorching, and even has a helpful little lip around perimeter of sheet to stop cookies from sliding off when removing sheet from oven.

This is by far the best cookie sheet I have ever used in my 70+ years of baking. No more greasing, no more baking paper and no more scrubbing to clean burnt offerings. Cookies come out perfect every time and slide off easily. Thank you Anolon!

But everytime I bake something on it I can hear it warp in the oven after about 5 minutes after being placed in there. Also I saw another reviewer's comment about her cookies burning all the time when using this product. I get the same thing. I thought I was doing something wrong. And last but not least, the pan is not entirely non-stick either. I actually have brown burnt on grease stains on the pan that won't come off unless I scrub it hard. But if I do that the non-stick coating will come off too. Now when I use it I put a sheet of aluminum foil on the pan so it won't get any additional burning on it.

I own and use a lot of other Anolon SureGrip products and when I needed another cookie sheet I bought this one. First time I used was for my cookies last Christmas. It was fine until the third batch when my cookies got burned. I used it again tonight to bake some dinner rolls. Big mistake! My rolls got burned. This cookie sheet was used at the same time as my old generic cookie sheet. And both times the latter produced better goodies than Anolon's. No burning at all. I am very disappointed and will not use this again. I'll just get a Baker's Secret cookie sheet (based on reviews) at half the price of this Anolon one.
