I make this crustless pumpkin pie with egg whites and pumpkin and it sticks and is miserable to clean from every pie pan I've tried until i bought one of these Analon pans in Marshalls for $7.99 (I do think Amazon's price is high). I highly recommend this pie pan. I also like the rubberized handles (maybe silicon like those new potholders), though I do still use...

I've had this for over a year and I've used it only a few times. Every time I used it the bottom of the pie was over done. Almost burnt. I don't know if it was something I did or the pan itself. I may give it another try since the holiday season is here again. I'll revise my review if there is any difference.

I've had this for over a year and I've used it only a few times. Every time I used it the bottom of the pie was over done. Almost burnt. I don't know if it was something I did or the pan itself. I make this crustless pumpkin pie with egg whites and pumpkin and it sticks and is miserable to clean from every pie pan I've tried until i bought one of these Analon pans in Marshalls for $7.99 (I do think Amazon's price is high). I highly recommend this pie pan. I also like the rubberized handles (maybe silicon like those new potholders), though I do still use potholders to remove it from oven. The pan washes clean with the sponge side of the sponge, not even the scrubber side! Wow!
