I bought this griddle to replace several other expensive ones. I have and failed.They just did not do the job. To my surprize. WOW! ..This griddle was much bigger than expected. Lucky me. I was so impressed with the size and quality.

Also how well the nonstick surface performed. Clean up was a breeze to.I went back to Amazon and bought two more for myself. I had to jump on this great deal before it was gone. This griddle should be called the Grand Griddle of them all.

More expensive ones are not always the best ones. Well worth the money spent.It simply does not get any better than this. Eggs,bacon,pancakes,burgers,whatever WOO HOO!!. Now Im cooking. 5*****

I wanted a really good non-stick griddle for pancakes and this one is excellent. Boxed pancake mix with added oats brown with no added cooking sprays or oils. Awesome! Easy hand wash and dry. Always pre-heat at medium heat and you're ready to cook in a couple of minutes. It's recommended that non-stick pans never visit the dishwasher or be subjected to high heat.

Right size, browns evenly, doesn't matter what I cook on it - comes off perfect!! Love it.

Excellent griddle, especially for two people. The size is perfect for a small pizza or two baked items such as chicken parmesan. RECOMMEND fully!

This is an excellent product. Works very well on large burner of electric stove. Very high quality. Easy to use and clean.

after reading a review from a fellow indian about how this analon griddle works for indian foods...like dosa, roti , uthapam, pesaratu..i purchased it online.

i am using for the past 2 months and it is the best i have used..the thicknes of the griddle gives me browner pancakes and dosas...omlet without a drop of oil...and much more...

ordered it thro resistors..and it arrived in time too

I have been using this griddle for 18 months now and this is the best griddle I ever had. I use it almost every day, and the stickiest batter comes out clean with little or no oil. Works great for making Indian dishes like Dosa, Roti, Pessarattu, pancakes and more, easy to maintain, washes clean by hand or in the dishwasher and heats evenly . This is definitely an essential in my kitchen.

The 1st griddle I received was scratched on the non stick surface. Amazon did a wonderful job by taking care of it immediately. Within a week, I received the 2nd griddle. It is wonderful, distributes heat evenly and what a breeze to clean up. The handles do get hot after cooking but I let it cool before handling it again.

This griddle heats up fast and is very easy to cleanup. There was noticeable heat unevenness with pancakes. Not able to comment about dishwasher use.

I love the Anolon Titanium line. It heats up well and does what it's supposed to do. The best part is it's easy to clean! My one minor disappointment is that the handles on this griddle get extremely hot.
