If your stovetop is small or always full of other pots and pans, this electric sauté lets you plug in and start cooking elsewhere. At 12 inches, this skillet is large enough to sauté six to eight helpings of chicken and rice, and its high sides prevent splattering when braising or stewing. Part of Anolon's Titanium line of cookware, the pan is composed of heavy-gauge hard-anodized aluminum, which heats food evenly with no hot spots. The exterior is coated with a titanium composite that is nonporous and easy to clean, while the interior is coated with Dupont's durable Autograph nonstick surface for easy release of foods. The sauté pan also has comfortable 18/10 stainless-steel HollowCore handles that stay cool during cooking and includes a domed stainless-steel lid. This pan can cook it all with no more need to watch the temperature since it keeps it constant. Very durable and easy to clean.

This is a wonderful electric saute pan. It is deep and has plenty of space. The only suggestion I would have for the manufacturer is to redesign the thermostat temp control. As it is now it is somewhat hard to turn when new.

If you want a WELL MADE electric saute/frypan that is truly high quality and heavy duty. Not a cheap aluminum pan with teflon. This is your pan! It fries evenly and as a saute pan it's unsurpassed. Go ahead pay $30-40 for a cheap pan. But if you want a pan that will last, buy this one. The weight alone shows it's quality. It's heavy and thick metal.
