I have enjoyed cooking at home with gourmet equipment for many years. I have owned a few different high end sets and open stock, but this product flat out beats the others. It's nonstick, it heavy duty yet light (due to the titanium finish), well made and beautiful. My other professional pans have always been so heavy (even empty!) and these are a dream as far as weight. They heat evenly and clean up is a breeze. Do not look any further, just but this!

I purchased the 12 piece set several months ago. It is worth every cent. I did so much research my head was spinning over which product to buy. This is absolutely the best choice.It is a large set and you will not need anything else except the steamer insert.It looks great on the pot rack, cleans up like a breeze,and cooking is great! Like the other reviewer said, getting used to lower heat isn't easy (besides having a new stove!), but you get used to it. You can fry an egg without oil and the pans literaly WIPE clean.I have not used the dishwasher, but as easy as they are to clean I am sure that they would come out beautifully. Do read your information, only gel soap for the dishwasher. Also, as with any hot pan,let them cool before putting water to soak or else they will warp. The handles stay cool and are very stable(many other name brands are not).The lids fit extremely well. As far as not being glass lids, who cares? They have no lips for food to get stuck in and cleaning is much easier. The only drawback I have found on this set, is to pay attention to the edges of the bolt heads when cleaning. I would buy this set again and reccomend it often.If you do not need the large saute' the smaller set would be great too. I have a Circulon grill pan and would not reccomend it to anyone. It is very difficult to clean.

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this set. I went to the various stores, the online stores and [...]. Got a comparison of the different types of cookware available and the advantages and disadvantages of both. In other purchases, I do the same type of thing, and have at times found that my research didn't yield the results that I wanted. But thankfully that was not the case with these pans. I really wanted the new hard anodized, but you can't put it in the dishwasher. And I know that no matter how easy it is to wash, I'm a dishwasher type person. And I knew that I would put it in the dishwasher whether it was recommended or not. So this Anolon Titatium was the perfect choice. But as a previous reviewer said, you can only get it online.

Well I absolutely love this cookware. I'm a good cook and like to cook, but by no means am I a gourmet cook. I read about the even cooking, but I didn't really understand what it meant. WOW - when you use it, you'll learn what it means. The only drawback is that some of the pans are VERY large - and really too large for everyday cooking - but probably great for special meals. So I'm looking for additional pieces that are smaller.

I've had to change my dishwasher soap to the recommended gel - but that's OK - and really the stronger detergents I used in the past - i.e., Cascade - was needed for the pots and pans. So this works out well. Like a previous reviewer, I'm being very careful with them, and actually have felt pieces to put in between them so that they don't get scratched. I highly recommend these pans.

I got these pans for Christmas and I love them. I chose these because they were dishwasher safe, but they clean up so easy I have yet to put them in the dishwasher. My only complaints are that they are quite heavy (they may by difficult for an elderly person to handle) and I feel the handles get a little too warm to be handled comfortably. I have added a few more pieces to my collection and hope to continue to do so - but this set is a great one to start with!

I chose these pans based on reviews and Consumer Reports ratings because I wasn't able to ever find them in a store. They are almost the same as the Anolon Advanced, but without the rubberized handles; the handles instead are a brushed metal, but still comfortable to hold. The big selling point for me was that they can go in the dishwasher if you use the dishwasher gel. They are very easy to clean by hand as well, but sometimes I just don't feel like washing pans by hand. They are very good quality and heavy without being difficult to handle. I cook a lot, and so far, they are holding up perfectly. I have gone through many sets of T-Fal and finally got tired of needing to replace my pans so frequently. The other thing I really liked about this 12 piece set is that the largest saucepan is 4 quart. On my smooth-top stove, I have only one large burner, so I have to use one of the smaller burners to boil spaghetti when I need the larger burner for the skillet; the 4 quart pan gives me an extra quart of water for my pasta than the typical 3 quart in most pan sets. I looked at these pans as an investment and I'm hoping it will pay off well!

My previous cookware was Revere Ware I purchased 30 years ago. I was looking for something to last the next 30 years (hopefully I won't be the only one using it for the next 30...). I used my daughter's Pampered Chef cookware for about 8 months and I liked it but my husband kept putting it in the dishwasher. I knew no matter what I got, it had better be diswasher safe or it wasn't going to last. So far, no problem. It's only been a month or so. The non-stick coating is the best I've ever used. I have a tendency to cook something a little long and food gets stuck to the bottom of the pot -- but not with these. The pot I made rice in the other night sat on the table overnight with about two tablespoons of rice in the bottom. I picked the pot up and turned it over the wastebasket waiting to see how much would fall out -- it all did. I couldn't believe it. It takes two seconds to clean any pot, so why would you use the dishwaasher -- my husband doesn't hand wash pots...he does the dishes most of the time. I would definitely recommend these. They were the only ones I could find that were dishwasher safe. The only other feature I would have liked would have been glass covers instead of stainless, but I was willing to sacrifice....price was great too.

Just received this 12 piece set, but there is a slight problem. My set was supposed to have a 10 quart stockpot, but what I received was an 8 quart stockpot with a 10 quart lid for it. I don't think this is a random problem as my friend received her set the day after I did and hers has the same problem. Otherwise this looks to be a quality product that should last a long time. Also noticed that the bottom of the 10 inch skillet is marked as a Cooks brand for JCPenneys, but looks identical to the rest of the set.

I just love these. The handles stay cool to the touch and they come out so clean after putting them in the dishwasher. A MUST buy for people who like to cook.

Did a lot of comparison shopping before buying these and considered everything from Alclad to celebrity cookware etc. I chose these for the quality and durability. So far they are just wonderful. I would buy them again in a heartbeat.

I've had these pots & pans for almost one year. I love it!!!

The non-stick is really great. I barely use any oil to cook. You can really cook foods without oil but I like the taste of oil so I choose to use it.

The handles are solid. I can cook a lot of food in them and not have to worry about the handles coming loose and what not.

I love that's it's truly dishwasher safe and what's better is that I don't have to use a casserole dish to bake things in the oven. I just cook something on the range and then put it in the oven without any worries.

One thing I don't like is the outside material. It feels like there's a powdery residue left no matter how well you wash it. It's abrasive, almost the same texture as Comet when cleaning your bath tub.

Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone.
