Non-stick coating is fantastic, handle does stay cool, heats evenly although it takes a bit longer to heat up than cheapo pans. The only negative is that it's heavy even when it's empty. Add water and you're wishing it had another handle on the other side. It's totally worth it for the quality and the ability to put it in the dishwasher though. Just be sure to use the right detergent.

This article is sized just right for the stove burners. Very easy to clean and very sturdy.

I've had these pans for months now so I have had a good chance to see how they work with different foods. The non-stick surface is nice. A couple of times, I had things in the pans that went dry, and it didn't hurt the pan, and it cleaned right up. I still have to purchase the the three quart. These are the first Anolon pans I have owned. I'm not sorry I purchased them! I looked at a number of different pans, when I purchased these. I'm happy with my choice! I thought they were fair priced also.
