Never had a grill pan before and now don't know how I cooked meats without it. This pan is heavy, well-made and heats very evenly. Non-stick coating is primo. Worth every penny. I wish it were available in a 10" size because this one is a little too big for my needs, but that's okay because it cooks so well. Pork chops, steaks, burgers, etc., all look and cook beautifully. Highly recommend.

The griddle pan cooks up great looking seared food. Cleans up easily with water and a sponge, even if you use high temperatures to grill with. Large enough for large pieces of meat. This is a must have for any cook.
