Shannen Doherty plays Kate who is Pregnant and her boyfriend Paul played by Max Martini both have different feeling about the baby. Kate has to go think about things and when she gets back she finds that the factory that they both worked at is on fire and Paul has died. the movie then jumps to kate having her baby. Kate's best friend David played by Julian McMahon is there with support and helps kate deal with Paul's death. what Kate doesn't know is that David has been in love with her for years. One day David and Kate are out by the lake when she goes into it and she almost drowns. When she wakes on the beach she sees Paul and she freaks out because he is dead right. she relieze that she woke two days before his death and she thinks and hopes she can provent his death from ever happening. Now the question is does she change her future and saves Paul or does she let him die and be with David.

I've been looking for this movie for years, it's not on sale in stores. Great story. A psycological thriller.

Last night I just wanted to see a glimpse of the movie and then I just couldn't stop watching it, even though I had seen it before.
I feel it was well done and it gets you thinking about how much we can interfere with destiny.
The score at the beginning wasn't the greatest, that's true, but it got better toward the second half of the movie.
I feel it is definitely worth watching. And Julian McMahon makes you wish such mid to end 30's great and handsome guys really lived in your little town as well... Shannen was very convincing in her role.

I liked the plot description, and I like time travel, people-out-of-place stories, so I thought I would try this. It was kind of a cross between "The Lake House" and "Premonition." It even had Julian McMahon in it - for that alone I would watch it. It's an enjoyable story - a little slow-paced at times, with shots of the countryside and sunshine on the river, but worth watching.

Shannen may not be the best actress around, but since I like her so much - she will always be the best as far as I'm concerned. Honestly - I bought most of her dvd-movies simply because she was the lead actor. I had a great time watching her movies!

I really liked this movie and love the actors. Would recommend this to someone else for sure!
