"Get Back In Line" from the new album The World Is Yours

Biography

Motörhead have never JUST been the best rock'n'roll band in the world. They've never JUST been the loudest. Or the hardest. Or the toughest. Or the bad-ass-est. No...Motörhead are also a lifestyle.

Motörhead are a mindset, a belief, a way to live your life, a way to both survive and beat a society that sometimes seems intent on grinding you down.

5.0 out of 5 stars Bonus Motorhead Live in '83 Disc is Fantastic March 28, 2006
Format:Audio CD
The fantastic bonus live disc from 1983 with Brian Robertson on Guitar is worth the price of the package itself! I know Brian R. wasn't well received by most in the band but what a fantastic player. I think he was and still is great.

Another Perfect Day is a great album in itself. Highly recommended. A++++

You simply cannot go wrong with ANY Motorhead album if you like straight forward, kick-ass hard rock with a strong helping of punk rock attitude! Go Lemmy and Co.

5.0 out of 5 stars A classic despite what Lemmy says May 10, 2010
Format:Audio CD
Although Lemmy slags this album every opportunity he gets (watch the live DVD "Stage Fright" for further evidence), it is both a classic and oddity in the Motorhead oeuvre. The insertion of Robbo injected some new life into the formula - note the gorgeous arpeggios and melody on "Dancing on Your Grave" (hands down my favorite Motorhead track of all time). And quite a few of the songs are still live staples to this day - "One Track Mind" and "I Got Mine", for example. The live disc is quite awe inducing - although there aren't too many non-APD tracks on it, the ones that are there are very intriguing with Robbo's guitar noodling and interpretations. It's also great to hear some tracks that you won't find very often on live Motorhead recordings, such as the aforementioned "Dancing on Your Grave". Listening to the live disc, its very easy to see why Robbo and Lemmy weren't a good match - musically they were at too much at odds. Brian's virtuosity and melody contrasts with Lemmy's stripped down and straight forward rock and roll. But if you dig this era, like I do, another disc well worth checking out is their King Biscuit Flower Hour release.

Great album from motorhead , too bad the reamster is so awfull !! Harsh & very digital sounding , they took all the magic out of a classic as they did with all the 2-cd versions ................hey Sanctuary i want my $$$ back !! these are un-listenable .
