The Ventures at their best - this album has always been my absolute favourite by the group and now even more so. The digital transfer made it even better, and the strange thing is that the music on this particular CD doesn't feel as many other "oldies" do, that is somewhat "aged". If you like instrumentals,then this one is a must for you.

The sweet sounds of the twangy fenders reverberate through the years since the original recording. Cut after cut brings back a time when rock and roll was simple and uncomplicated. This light but determined effort is, in my humble opinion, their best all around album.

This is great music to listen to in the car with the top down.The Ventures started out using Fender guitars, and produced a more smooth sound than their later hits with Mosrite guitars. "Peridia" is a sentimental favorite. Highly recommended.
