The picture without any mat board, it's not like I expected usual framed picture. I purchased 9 different ones from this art company, really don't know if I should return them or not. The restocking fee is 20% of purchase price, and shipping fee I need to take care. I ready called them as their list phone number, but nobody replied. It's really bad experience in online picture purchase.
