Randall Neighbour is the author of numerous books on small group life and leadership. He has served as the President of TOUCH Outreach Ministries, Inc. (visit touchusa dot org) since 1995. Randall grew up in small groups, and cut his teeth on leadership when in high school, where six of his friends came to Christ in the first group he led. Randall and his wife currently serve as lay leaders at the Houston Vineyard and plan to plant a small group-based house church in the near future. Randall's hobbies include tinkering with his mid-engine convertible, woodworking, and coral propagation.
Randall and his wonderful bride Etna were married in 1986, and live in the first home they purchased after marriage, which is a 107 year old house in the historic Houston Heights.
