I found the book extremely easy to read. Parkhill talks more about the state of society and the world as a whole and the impact of media on the individual. Only 10 percent of the book is used to explaining his therapeutic methods, that is Regression therapy. I was realy hoping to find some good advise. You will find more knowledge and use in 'Time Line Therapy' by Tad James. The three stars are given for Parkhills dedication to changing the world we live in.

The title is very misleading - very little is mentioned about cancer. 90 percent of the book is a soap box presentation of the personal political and religious views of Parkhill. He does touch on some hypnotherapy regarding the critical faculty/selective thinking theory; but, you would be much better off and go to the source in "Hypnotherapy" by Dave Elman (excellent choice). If you want to know about cancer try another excellent source in "Getting Well Again" by O. Carl Simonton, M.D. But if you want to listen to some soapbox stuff on today's society (I will say that I do agree with what he says, BUT, that is not why I bought his book - I thought it was a book relating to cancer and its healing), or be preached to on his concept of God and how dependant we are on him, then buy his book.

Why are many diseases "uncurable?" Because science is looking in the wrong direction. Stephen Parkhill's book is an engaging explanation of the mind-body connection and what we can do for ourselves and our children to free society of the diseases that mysteriously plague us -- cancer, AIDS, allergies, and auto-immune diseases.

I highly recommend this book, especially to anyone that is ill and seeking information that complements traditional treatments. I personally have given the book to numerous people, and they have all found it to be an inspiration in their healing

This brief 100 plus page book was the foundation for the work I do with

Stephen Parkhill, utilizing regression and forgiveness methodology where

clients revivicated childhood memories and practically re-imprinted them

where they could no longer effect one negatively, with life empowering new

feelings ... changed my life ... changed my clients ... and gave me a career

path I do today, getting results where no one else can.

The book has long been out of print. At times, when available, used

copies went for $250 on ebay. Grab it. Read it. Then find someone who

does the work ... and GET IT DONE !

hopelessness I was going through. I've now repeated his therapies thousands

of times with survivors like myself down in lower Manhattan.

It is revolutionary in its concepts and is a must for anyone who is suffering from this terrible condition as well as for those who want to help in the fight against this condition. If you truly want to be healed, you can't continue to ignore the role your mind has on your physical health. Mr. Parkhill explains that to you in a simple yet sound concept known as the mind model. If you want to learn about his methods, you will get a taste of his work which is totally pure in its nature, not a watered down version of hypnosis which many are practicing today.

Stephen Parkhill proves experiencially that which we knew conceptually. We are in control of our destiny. By describing how the mind works in a powerful, yet easy to understand manner, Parkhill's book will leave the reader on an active search to know more. Parkhill is masterful as a teacher and healer. As a teacher he make the complex issues easy to understand. As a healer, he builds our confidence in ourseves and our ability to stand up for what is right. There are no messages of false hope in "Answer Cancer." This message is too important to overlook. Read, study and share this message with everyone you know.
