First, I must admit that I bought this album because I really enjoy the band's remake of "Blessed Be Your Name". Although Matt Redman's original version is awesome, I think Tree 63's cover is just as good. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the rest of the album. It is strong, and contains many powerful modern Christian songs.

Some people may not like the fact that Tree 63 sounds a lot like some popular 80s bands (other reviewers have mentioned they sound like U2), but that is probably one of the reasons I like this album. Additionally, I think the lyrical content of most of the songs is inspired and praising to God. The album deserves at least four stars - one for each of the best songs on the album.

I definitely recommend this album to anyone who enjoys modern Christian music. Be warned, if you don't like loud guitar, you may not care for some of the songs.

This is already one of my favorite CDs, and I just got it four days ago. The lyrics are deep and heartfelt, and musically, this disc is up there with anyone. There are some rockers ("King", "The Answer to the Question"), some slow rockers ("Overdue"), and some that fall in between. All the songs, though, exhibit consistent driving rock songs that are meant to help us more greatly appreciate the God in heaven who loves us so much. Do not hesitate in picking up this offering from Tree63. I waited a while to get it, and now that I have it, I wish I'd have picked it up sooner!

This is an album full of solid, Scripturally based lyrics and rock music.

There are several good songs on this CD with two that are superb. 'King' is a catchy tune that is very well done. The version of 'Blessed Be Your Name' done here is fantastic. It has lots of guitar, lots of rocking, and lots of praise to the Creator of the Universe.

If these two songs were the only ones on the album, it would be well worth the price. As a bonus, it contains several other enjoyable songs.

If you like praise music with lots of passion, this CD would be a good addition to your collection.

Undoubtedly talented, Tree63 blends gospel true lyrics with charismatic contemporary melody in this CD. Wonderful music with an eternal message, encouragement for here and now, and hope. I look forward to another CD like this one!

First, I have to state that back in the day when I was just a wee lad, I thought that the album 63 was the first album that Tree came out with. I of course was wrong, but I just wanted to get this off of my mind. So, I admit, the only two albums that I've heard has been 63 and the Life and Times of Absoulute Truth. I have been a fan for awhile though. So heres my take on this cd. The first international album received the award modern worship album of the year, and for good reason: Every song on the cd was jam packed with praise to God. Including the songs Treasure, and Psalm 63. Life and Times followed the same pattern, and showed the maturity of the band. There were some wonderful praise songs in it, and also some great, Songs of conviction, as I would call them. Such as the songs Here of all Places, and All Hands.
But the album The Answer to the Question is nuts! (That's a good thing.) As well as showing the growing character and skill of Tree 63 as a band, but the songs show a depth to them that rival and breach previous expectations that I had of this album. The songs King and The Answer to the Question are completely awesome, and the chorus to Answer is beautiful:
"He is the answer to the question, He is the cure to the infection, He is, all he says he is. He is the ultimate reflection, of holiness and true perfection, He is, all he says he is." The song "Blessed be your name" Is covered by Tree 63 in this album. But the most beautiful thing is the personal level of love and worship that these lyrics cry out to God with. I give this album my blessing, as small or large as it may be.

I got this CD a week ago and I put it on my birthday list the day after I got it!!! The songs on this CD rocks my favorite song are King, Blessed Be Your Name, You Only , and The Answer To The Question. This is my favorite CD out of a library of over 80!! Anyone who likes Christian rock should buy this CD!!!

I absolutely loved this CD. The vocals are amazing and the lyrics are inspirational. The whole album is great not just one or two songs!! I love the fact that there is somthing for everyone in here.

For lovers of faster paced songs there's King, Answer to the Question
For slower songs there's I stand for you (my favorite) and Blessed be your name (they do an awesome cover of this song)

I saw the band at a music festival once and what really impressed me was their love for the Lord. I think that comes through in their music. Love it!!

Tree 63 has a great modern rock feel to their CD and it is a great CD. My only compliant is that, although I love the songs, many of the songs are getting redundant, as they are on everyone's CD. And it is great that they picked good songs but it is just not as powerful when you hear it on everyone else's CD too. That is my only reason I am giving it four stars rather than five. It is however a great CD and a must have for any fan of worship rock I pray they either get some new songs or write their own songs and get a new CD out because I think they have great voices and their music is good.

i love tree 63 and think that this cd is a mixture of all their previous stuff and together it makes it the best tree63 cd

I think Tree63, The Answer to the Question, is a wonderful CD. I originally purchased it for the song "Blessed Be Your Name," not even realizing that I would enjoy listening to all of the other songs. "I Stand For You," and "Over and Over Again," are two of my other favorites. I thank God for blessing these men with such wonderful musical talents. The songs on the CD lift me up each time I listen to them. Thank you God and thank you Tree63!!!!
