Dr. Jayce comes from a long line of pastors, youth pastors, and children ministers. In fact, Dr. Jayce participated frequently in his family's consulting efforts to ministries all across the country, as well as internationally. He has a Doctorate, two Masters, a Bachelor of Science, and a small trophy for perfect attendance in Sunday school when he was nine. His past ministry roles have included Interim Lead Pastor, Zone Servant, Youth Director, Drama Director and Life Group Leader.

Dr. Jayce is currently the lead pastor of RED Church, which is a church plant in Virginia Beach.

In addition, Dr. Jayce has authored four books, appeared on networks such as CW, National Geographic, Discovery Channel, and he is also a college professor at REGENT University. He currently resides with his fantabulous wife in the Virginia Beach area.

Specialties: Dr. Jayce has a varied amount of experience in the areas of Ministry, Theatre/TV/Film, Education, Leadership, and Publishing.

"100 Answers to 100 Questions Every Graduate Should Know" offers practical sage advice on important topics like: communication skills, relationships, setting goals, and making wise personal decisions.

Frequently asked questions common to graduates are approached by first considering a stimulating issue, asking a hard question and then providing options for consideration in coming to a viable conclusion.

Practical matters like preparing a resume', networking, and prioritizing time schedules are considered as well as the importance of maintaining a healthy spiritual life. Questions of serving the community, missions, false beliefs, and knowing yourself are delved into.

I especially liked the "Worth Thinking About" feature which provided additional insights and options for each question and answer being considered.

"100 Answers to 100 Questions Every Graduate Should Know" is an important and timely addition to this series. This is a book for the graduate as well as anyone else moving into a new phase of growth in their career or in making plans for continuing their education. Each answer provides sound Biblical Counsel.

Author Lila Empson has done it again... She's come out with another terrific "100 Answers to 100 Questions" book. And in case you've never read any of Lila's question/answer books let me assure you that they're biblically based, well-written, informative, and interesting. Her latest offering is for graduates. And although this book is nothing fancy to look at (paperback, simple cover, smallish, etc) you'll find that it's packed with really solid, helpful information and would make a perfect gift.
