...not only about what you want to teach your children but about how you want to live your life and what kind of parent you want to be. I found that the book really helped me to come up with thoughts to pass onto my children that I might not have able to articulate myself. And in doing so, I came up with lots of new questions to add just for me.

Great book!

I can't tell you how happy I was to find this book. My husband lost his father when he was 10 years old. He is constantly wondering what his Dad would think or say about life issues and advice he'd give him. He almost cried when I told him this book was available. We immediately bought this for our children. Even if nothing ever happens to either of us, our children will have our love with them forever. Now I am back online buying them for christmas presents for my friends and family. I keep thinking about the impact this book could have on families. It really opens up your heart! Oprah needs to hear about this!

Originally, I bought this book for my brother and his wife who have a son who's a year and a half old, being that I am not a mother yet. I starting reading it in greater detail when I got home and couldn't fight the urge to fill in my own personal thoughts! The author does an exceptional job provoking thought for her reader... she's already done all the work! I guess I'll have to buy another one for them!

Being a police officer I always knew in the back of my mind that something could happen to me. I am so thankful that Joanne King has given me the opportunity to put my thoughts in writing for my young children to remember.

Wow! . . . as soon as I saw this, I knew this book was for me. As a parent who lost my own parents at a young age, I am so aware of my own mortality. We all know how fast things can change - God forbid something happens to me before I have the chance to instill good morals in my children - now I know this book is here for them. Even if I do live 50 or 60 more years, it is a wonderful journal for them to read . . . perhaps as their wedding day approaches or as they become parents themselves . . . hats off to the author for thinking of this. I cannot wait to start writing to my sons!

What a wonderful legacy to leave your children. No matter who you are, some day your children will wonder what Mom or Dad would have thought about certain situations in their lives. If you follow this very user friendly book they will always have your wisdom and experience to refer to. Mrs. King's vivid imagery in the prompting questions is extremely helpful in evoking the feelings you want to capture on the page. I will be giving this special book to friends and family!!

I loved this book! My wife passed away a couple of years ago and I wish we would have had this book then for our children. It gives a great format for beginning a journal for your children. This book will help you leave a legacy for your children. I plan on using it for my writings but also to put some things down that I know my wife would have wanted to say. God bless the author for writing it!

ANSWERS not only gives you wonderful guidelines but also the inspiration to create a most unique gift for your loved ones.

So often I find myself thinking of the "worst case scenario". This journal will ensure that my thoughts, hopes, advice and love for my children will last forever. Thanks to the author for an exceptional idea.

I'm a Grandmother, I just wish this book had been written in my era. So many times I wished I had more information about my parents and their thoughts and values. I'm going to complete this book for my children so they will have ANSWERS to build on for their children, my grandchildren. I'm going to give this book for gifts so others can share their memories and lifes values with their families. My thanks to the Author for this wonderful book.
