I have had a hard time in the past listening to Debbie Ford because her voice is a little boring, but this time I just pictured her as my girlfriend on Prozac sitting across the table from me and we got along great. After just a few minutes you pick up on her genuineness and feel her emotions as she relates her personal story. She hit upon insights to the past and how the bad things have gone on to create good things in our present self. I nearly fell over with a revelation about me, after one of her meditations. I have since purchased this set for three friends and each one has said the same thing, it is lifechanging.
You can start to collect your fragments and bring them back and love them.

This audio program helped me take one of the most difficult experiences I've gone through in a long time and turn it into a pathway to healing. I was continually amazed and inspired by the material, the exercises, and Debbie's loving presence. I used the program at a time when I was experiencing some depression and found that it not only helped me shift out of that, but it helped me make peace with my past and get inspired about my future. The best $30 you could possibly spend. Buy it, make the time for it, and do it.

That's what I found from this incredibly deep and experiential CD series.

This program allowed me to understand and untangle the dramas that I create, but more importantly I now have many tools to transcend my limited story.

This CD series is like a transformational workshop that you can do from the privacy of your own home or car. I just loved it!

Ford is at the top of the "self-help" gurus ... she humbly shares her "story" with us which allows us to embrace our own and know that we are not alone. These CD's have helped me let go of who I thought I was to embrace who I want to be. Thanks Debbie Ford! You are an inspiring powerful woman!

This CD set is one of the most helpful tools that I have found to sort through the drama of my "story", make sense of my emotions and come out on the other side. I would highly recommend it.

Over the years, I have bought and listened to well over 100 tape/cd sets produced by Nightingale Conant. This is one of the very best of the 100!

Although I am big fan of Debbie Ford's "Best Year of Your Life" book, the darkness of her other titles had me bypassing her other books. I came across this CD set and was intrigued with what seemed to be a more upbeat message. Wow, am I glad that somehow I connected (there are no accidents!).

I smiled to myself when, on the audio, Debbie called herself the Queen of Darkness...for that is exactly how I thought of her. Note the past tense. I now see her as the Light of Peace, showing us how we can take dark moments from our past and reframe them to be guiding lights for a better future.

Like Joe Caruso, whom I fortunately discovered the same week and recommend equally highly (his CD set is entitled "The Principles of Authentic Power"), Debbie does a great job of explaining how our story guides so much of our behaviors. Both Debbie and Joe use a presentation style that is like a "fireside chat", as opposed to the "in your face" style preferred by some speakers/authors. Note, if you need fire and brimstone to hear a message, this CD set is not for you. On the other hand, if you have a mind open to change, this CD set can have a profound impact on you.

Away with the Queen of Darkness...Debbie Ford you are a Light of Peace. And, that is a good thing!

When the music kicked in on the first CD of this 6-CD set, I thought to myself, "Oh boy, here we go again." Soothing words set to the backdrop of new-agey music, the effect of which would wear off about 5 seconds after the CD ended. Boy, was I wrong! The Answers Are Within You took me on a profound journey into the deepest recesses of my inner world where I discovered a seat of wisdom, a place unlike anything I'd imagined before, a place where I could find the gifts, the wisdom, the lessons and the messages that lay in the experiences and events of my past. I feel like Debbie Ford unlocked a secret garden inside myself and then handed me the key, a key that has forever transformed my life from one of resignation, futility and hopelessness to possibility, potential and power. I highly recommend this package.

Having been to Debbie's workshops many times, this is the only way I know of to re-create the magic that is available when you are with her in-person. This has her processes, her words and all her distinctions available so you can listen over and over again. This is a must for anyone wanting to raise their consciousness.

For me personally, the concept of "story" has been powerful in my life. With it I've been able to understand that the stories I tell myself and others about the events and incidents of my life are not necessarily true, they're just interpretations I've made up. With this understanding, I now have the ability to instantly shift the way that I feel about and respond to situations, by simply choosing a new interpretation. Very useful indeed!
