I had this plugin for a year. Last week it stopped recognizing the license on my iLok (all the other licenses on the iLok work fine). Antares tech support responded by asking me a bunch of questions I had already answered in my original e-mail and then vanished. It's bad enough they treat you like a criminal by handcuffing you to a dongle that you have to buy yourself, they don't even help you when their handcuffs cut off your circulation.

There are plenty of better alternatives out there. Perhaps the free plugins (gSnap or KeroVee) might do the trick for you. If not, there's always Melodyne.

Buyer beware!!! This company has no customer support. I had problems with registering it through iLoc and it wouldn't work. I tried to contact the company (which can only be done through email) they voided my reg code. I found a phone number in the yellow pages and they hung up on me when I told them their customer service was lacking. When I finally contacted the company by email they told me to go somewhere else and try another product. They never offered any help. If you buy this, you are on your own. Buyer beware!

I would have liked to give a review on the features of this software. I would like to have discussed how easy or how difficult it was. There are many things that I would have liked to have discussed, but I can't.

The iLok kept this thing from working. The process of getting iLok to work is insulting and unreliable. Any software that is iLok protected basically says that you are going to loose that software. Unfortunately I was never able to bring it up enough to loose it. I had to return the software to the store where I bought it.

"iLok" means "DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!!!"

I have been writing and recording my own music for about ten years and I can't say that there has been a more important addition to my studio than this plug-in. I am a decent singer, not a great singer. I am also a perfectionist which can be maddening when it comes to vocals. Many times I have recorded what I consider to be a very good vocal only to listen to it and find flaws, so I do it over and over, and over again. With this, I get a couple good takes and adjust as needed - a huge time saver. It also is making recording vocals fun again.

This product is getting bad reviews on here, but not in the music community where Antares products are widely considered first rate. It seems like the iLok is troublesome for some, but I've had no issues (I also follow the instructions to the letter).
