This psu is quiet. The lengths of the wires suit the Antec P180B well as I have no trouble routing the wires into the lower and upper compartments and connecting the wires to the motherboard and drives. Only the wires powering the cpu and motherboard are sleeved though.

The Antec EarthWatts 430W power supply is the most quiet power supply I have ever seen - or heard in that matter - as it is perfectly silent. This unit provides a decent amount of power, and it is extremely efficient. The cables are somewhat messy to work with, but installing it inside your computer is a piece of cake.

Bought this to replace PSU on a Dell E510 (which sucks) and it is doing a great job this far.
It has power connections for both SATA and IDE so that is a plus
I have a pretty basic set up so 430 Watts was plenty
Not bad

The Earthwatts 430 is very quiet. I can hardly hear the fan when it is on. It is power efficient as advertised. My server dropped power usage from 42 watts before installing the EarthWatts to 34.5 watts after (at idle as measured at the plug). The wires are a good length so it's easy to route them nicely in the case. I highly recommend this power supply: Quiet, efficient, low cost, and plenty of power. What else do you want in a power supply?

I have owned several Antec power supplies and cases over the years. They never have disappointed me. This power supply is no different. Quiet and easy to install, Antec is the best, period!

Bought this for my first pc build after tons of research (tip, video cards are what drive power supply requirements all over the place) . I used it in an Antec 200 which is a bottom mount case. It works exactly as I had hoped.

The wires were the right length, nice and long, and it is dead quiet. This unit appears to be great quality. There is a green colored version of this and I have no idea what the difference is other than the green version dosen't come with a power cord.
