Dual Fan Failure at about 3000 hours, September 29, 2009
This review is from: Antec SL400 400W 12V Atx Ps Dual Fan (Personal Computers)
This has a 100 mm air input fan on the bottom and a 80 mm output on the side. However neither are ball bearing and both have failed within 2 weeks of each other after about 1 year of use - about 3000 hours, not even close to the advertised 50,000 MTBF. On the positive side, both failures led to overheating and the power supply did auto-shutdown without additional damage.

Great Power Supply!, February 1, 2004
This review is from: Antec SL400 400W 12V Atx Ps Dual Fan (Personal Computers)
I'm not electronically-minded/gifted... but the fact is that I 'did' upgrade my power supply (4 months ago) from a 250 watt to this particular Antec Power Supply. The whole operation went smoothly and the power supply has worked flawlessy from the beginning.
