Not good, avoid this unit,
This review is from: Antec SmartPower 2.0 SP-450 450-Watt Power Supply Unit (Personal Computers)
While Antec has a good reputation for PSU's, this unit is not among the best. I have returned mine to Antec after 6 mo's of infrequent use in a Sonata II case. It started emitting a nasty high frequency squeal similar to a flash capacitor recharging. The end came when my motherboard started crapping out on me due to low voltage issues.
I'd check out the reviews of the Sonata II case for confirmation that the SP-450 should be avoided.

This review is from: Antec SmartPower 2.0 SP-450 450-Watt Power Supply Unit (Personal Computers)
I've been using this power supply for about a month. It runs just fine. My system has an Antec 900 case, a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3, an Intel E6400 Core Duo processor, two hard drives, and an Nvidia 7600GS graphics card. No problems at all.
