Rough Cutt: Anthology is more of a 'Lost gems' type of compilation instead of a'greatest hits' CD, It lets you hear them when they were just starting out IMHO, The Fiddler's studio stuff more like rehearsal stuff than the refined and powered-up material in "Rough Cutt" and "Rough Cutt wants you"; the unreleased tracks were pretty cool, Alot closer to the darker,More powerful sound that I like from them; The 'Live from Syracuse material was Very good,Allways wanted to hear what they sounded like live (I kicked myself a couple of times for passing up the chance to see them at The rainbow bar and Grille on Sunset strip back in the 80's).
IMHO Rough Cutt is one of the Best metal bands to ever come out of the 80's Metal scene and am Very happy with my purchase; i gave it four stars out of Five because there were some rough Cutt tracks that I've heard awhile back that,For some reason or another were'nt added to this compilation; Still,happy with the purchase, thanks again.

I've been waiting for Rough Cutt to release some of their earlier stuff like "Crank it Up" which I saw live in the 80's on the Palace. Great CD.

Good CD with all the hits. You can hear some of the digitizing on some of the songs... that's a bummer (bad pressing???). Great music if you are a rough cutt fan.
