Why are these on here so expensive? Are they autographed or something? I have 2 calendars. One which I bought last year for $13 and the other I won in a contest from No Reservations, which is autographed. Does anyone know if there is one for 2011? This calendar gives great tips each month for the country that is displayed. Really showcases the program and some of Tony's favorite places.
