The Anthony company has changed the nature of this product. It used to come as a bluish thick cream which had a peppermint- like smell; and it was hands down the best after shave balm I have ever used. This product has been changed; now, it is greenish and smells exactly like burnt plastic. I just threw it away. Bad move, Anthony.

When I began regularly shaving as a young adult I had pretty serious razor burn. I had tried several different products but none were able to soothe my skin and reduce the redness. I began using this product about six years ago and it has proven to be life changing. I no longer experience redness or irritation after shaving. In addition, I find that it moisturizes my skin quite well and does not leave my face feeling oily or greasy.

I would and do recommend this product to others out there with issues with razor burn.

This used to be the very best product on the market...don't know how many bottles I used over the years. But the folks at Anthony changed the "recipe" and now it smells just as the reviewer below states...like burnt plastic...rancid. I'm told this item has now been discontinued, so if you happen to run across a bottle that is very clearly blue, buy it. But if it's lighter blue in color and has a slight green tint to it, don't bother.

Razor Burn Repair from Anthony is not great, but it isn't terrible either. It really doesn't do anything more than normal moisturizer except it provides more of a cooling sensation for really bad razor burn. It helps, but doesn't make redness or swelling disappear altogether. The scent is pretty good, but not as good as the rest of the Anthony line.

This is the best aftershave product on the market I've found. I swear by Anthony products in general and this is one of the reasons why. And an extra bonus is a little goes a long way so just dab it on then rub it in, you'll see what I mean.
