First I should say that I a huge Tony Robbins fan and that naturally that impacts my review.
Sadly, the content of the DVD is the same material on keeping your body in neutral pH that was first published in Awaken the Giant Within. If you watch closely there are three very large prompters on the stage level facing Tony and for the most part he keeps staring at the prompters.That would be fine if he weren't teaching this for the last 25 years.
I was hoping for new materials and was disappointed.
The good side is that I can not afford the 1,000 dollar day seminars to his events so seeing him energize a large crowd was fun.

While I have been to UPW many times and was at the event where this video was taped. The content that was selected for this set is very informative and high value to anyone new to Tony's material.

So if the description draws you in, stop hesitating and give it a shot.

The only complaints about this excellent program are that this information is on other programs. So, if you have NOT bought his other programs let me tell you this: it will change your life! You will have more energy than ever and you will have a better more productive life if you practice Tony's techniques.

I have purchased Anthony Robbins cds for many years and was surprised to find that what I thought was going to be new material was a dissapointing rehash of previous cds! I already have all this information. However, if you are a beginner to this work, it will be great for you as it combines two interviews instead of one, onto one cd. I was only dissapointed because I thought it would be full of new stuff and the very latest information so that I could take it to the next levl.

Topics covered include the body's ph acid/alkaline balance system, symptoms of being too acidic, eating your greens to get your body more alkaline, and why you should simply go out there and do things, exercising, etc. Considering that this is only a 30-minute motivational talk, I enjoyed the way Anthony puts things, especially the swift kick in the butt metaphors. Possibly worth a purchase and definitely worth a rental.

I absolutely swear by this product. This product changed my life. I quit coffee and have more energy than I have ever had. My husband and I lost weight without struggling by simply incorporating his easy to apply methods. I highly recommend this set!!!
