If you want to change your life for the better this tape set is excellent. Robbins' main question is (basically) "what is it that the people that excell do that the people that fail do not do?" In an informal style, Robbins discusses this question and then proceeds to talk about, give examples on, and give exercises on improving health, wealth, relationships, and overall feelings about life.
I have listened to these tapes multiple times, and each time I find that I make new distinctions that enable me to improve my mindset and my life. I really believe that anyone who sincerely desires to change and is willing to listen to the tapes and to go through the excercises will find them to be highly beneficial.

I have listened to almost all of Tony's tapes, CD's, and read his books. This series has made the most dramatic changes in my life. I go through this series every few years so that I can apply the principles to "the new person" I have become. Dedicate a month to go through this program and I guarantee you will see results!
