Anti Aging Supplements: The Best Supplements for Feeling Younger and Living Longer is an extremely informative book. The writer takes things from her personal life and how she has stayed healthy using it to give people better insights into living longer. She does this by explaining what causes the aging process, what vitamins to take to control the process, what foods have the vitamins, and additional things for staying healthy while the process takes effect. Overall, the book was written so anybody could understand it. The grammar and knowledge were extremely well written and I recommend anyone who wants to learn about vitamins to read this book.

I read this book hoping to get some good information about some of the supplements that were recommended to me. And, I was surprised at how much education I got plus I learned about a few more that are more applicable to me because of problems I have with my vision. I liked the author's personal and simplified way of introducing key concepts related to aging and disease and her straightforward approach at explaining the supplements. I am going to follow her recommended fast start approach she discusses at the end.
