I'm picky when it comes to picking screen protectors, and what this protector achieved and exceeded my expectations
- Decreased glare (Kindles have way to much gloss!)
- No more fingerprints or smudges! (my biggest pet peeve)
- Easy to apply and absolutely NO AIR-BUBBLES! (like SO many other screen protectors)
Don't hesitate to purchase this protector. Best buy I've made for my kindle. Will be ordering more if these ever get scratched.
Protect your kindle with the best!
I highly recommend this product for its value and quality!
The product was shipped in a cut off portion of a priority mail envelope inside a manila envelope. In my opinion, there was way too much tape used to secure the outer envelope, so I had to be very careful to avoid bending the product. The screen protectors came with minimal instructions on a 4'x5" piece of paper, but included a pointer to YouTube videos to give the uninitiated an idea of how to put one on. Do watch the video, paying particular attention to ensuring the surface of your Kindle is clean and positioning the protector carefully after peeling off a small length of the material next to the adhesive. Keeping the surface particulate free and smoothing the protector as you go is essential to preventing bubbles from forming.
The one piece of information I found missing from the instructions is that there are layers of plastic on both sides of the screen protector...and that the one with the tab labeled "front" is to be peeled off after the protector is applied to the glass Kindle screen. If you don't peel this off, you'll end up with the same shiny screen you started with.
If you get confused while applying this product, do get in touch with the supplier. While the person responding to my query didn't seem to understand at first that the shiny top layer of the screen protector was still in place but its pull tab was missing, s/he was quite responsive and definitely attempted to be helpful.
Once applied and that shiny layer removed, the protector surface is far less shiny than the original Kindle glass, with virtually no loss of text resolution. I ended up with a few tiny bubbles at the periphery, far from any text areas...so am reasonably happy with the result.

It's ok, but it leaves a lot of finger prints. And I love the fact that they also added a little soft thing to clean your tablet.Published 10 months ago by wumbo
Do Not Buy. NOT designed for Kindle. Wrong product. Very shiny. Not anti-glare. Absolutely useless for reducing glare. Again, not even close.Published 13 months ago by Tim Arden
It really stops the glare on my Kindle. It doesn't seem stick very well to the screen. I find that I need to continually reset it on my screen while using it.Published 17 months ago by ruth mazin
very blurred . easy to put on but so hard to see through it that it is not worth using .Published 17 months ago by Michael Maresh
