Dark and action packed goodness!,

Really enjoyed these dark tales. It's a pleasure to have these two authors, David Dunwoody (Empire, the novel) and Eric S. Brown (Big Foot War and a TON of zombie books) in the same book. If you like a variety of mayhem, and comic book-like action, then look no further. This book of novellas starts off with an awesomely dark story called, Suicide At Dawn's Door, dealing with the Devil, angels, and half vampire-half zombie creatures. The second story, Enslaver of Worlds, deals with an uber-cool, sympathetic, and powerful being from an alien race who winds up on Earth. And like the humans in the story, the aliens have issues among themselves. The final story, The Zombie Farm, from Eric S. Brown, deals with a character named Agent Death (also to be seen in The Human Experiment, from Eric S. Brown.) Agent Robert Death is a comic book character made for the printed novel. He's a butt-kicking, cool handed, wrath of destruction.

So far I am enjoying this book it opens with a great story Suicide at Dawns door. Its a vampire story which made me groan at first since vampires have all taken on the twilight or Ann Rice theme BUT!! David Dunwoody doesn't play that way! So very enjoyable. And then there is Master Zombie writer Eric S. Brown and his agent Death or Robert Death a human with paranormal abilities. Apparently the character of Robert Death first appeared in Eric's novel The Human experiment which the story in Anti Heroes follows those events. I have not read it fully yet so I will not comment on that story. What i will comment on is the writer. I have read a couple of Mr. Brown's books ( World war Zombie , Big Foot war) which I leap for joy when (Big Foot War 2) came out :) So i have a pretty good feeling that I will enjoy his story in Anti Heroes If you like Zombies , Action , Big Foot , ACTION , BLOOD , HORROR ! Then you will like Eric S. Brown.
