As for the book itself, it seems (as stated in another review) "homemade", which in itself is not a bad thing...but...there are typos and poor grammar is used....almost as though the author does not speak English as a first language. The recipes are somewhat verbose...could be simpler in instruction.
As 'they' say: a little information can be a bad thing. If you want a good understanding of "anti-inflammatory", this is not the book to use.
On top of all that, the book took longer than usual (with no explanation) to arrive (ordered on the 5th; received on the 18th).
I am glad I did not pay more for it.
