Most Helpful Customer Reviews

This book is laid out well and covers all the important topics for a national security law class, including surveillance, material support, detention issues, enemy combatants, military commissions, classified information, and recent anti-terrorist legislation. The order of the chapters is logical and it's a good book especially for a brief class or for self-study. The abridged version does, however, sometimes read a little sloppily, especially when things are taken out of cases that make a sentence read non-sensically. Also, unsurprisingly, cases have come out since the book that instructors will need to update a class on.

Format: Hardcover
This novel provided excellent insight into terrorism enforcement from the police point of view. It was as advertised plus the price was excellent too. Will buy from them again!
