3.0 out of 5 stars Good idea, flawed execution, August 5, 2011
This review is from: The Anti-War Quote Book (Paperback)
This work provides another example where execution unfortunately falls short of a good idea.

I like having a collection of anti-war quotes handy in a book format, arranged by topic. Also, the graphic design and general feel of the pages complement the quotes nicely.

Unfortunately, there are also some shortcomings: There is no index by author, it would have been nice to know the context (eg. book, speech or other occasion) in which the quotes were first stated, and, very frustratingly to me, the binding is very cheap. The book cover came off after 1 day. Also, there were not as many quotes that really stirred me as I would have liked, but that is probably more a matter of subjective preference.
