Received a beauty pillow as a gift for my 60th birthday. At first I thought it was a gag, but the reasoning behind the pillow was sound. I had been noticing, that when I woke up every morning, I had deep lines from my pillow. It sometimes would take hours for it to go away. So I thought, what the hell try this new pillow and see if it worked. The first couple of nights, I was not comfortable with the pillow at all. I had my old pillow forever and loved it and I felt like I was cheating. But my face and wrinkles was an important issue for me, so I kept with it. I am writing this review because I am here to say I love my beauty pillow. It is great. I sleep like a baby now and my skin doesn't have those ugly sleep lines. The satin is so soft, I read that satin doesn't absorb my very expensive skin care that I use. I also get botox and filler, and you are suppose to sleep on your back the first night. Well this pillow makes it easy to do. I never thought I would be saying this, but it is the best pillow I have ever had and I wish I would have found it sooner. Stick with the pillow after the 3rd or 4th sleepless night, I got it. The design looks like those travel pillows except it has long arms that I use to cuddle my pillow. It is my new best friend and I am now buying them as gifts for all my friends.

I wanted a pillow to alleviate sleep lines. Spent hours researching and reading reviews. Finally decided on this pillow largely based on the positive reviews on this site. What no one mentioned is that this pillow is VERY firm, to the point of being hard. The shape is conducive to protecting your face but this pillow isn't comfortable for side-sleeping. No one else commented on this in their review so perhaps the two I purchased were just "overstuffed". If so, Amazon can I a get a less filled one? The second pillow purchased at the same time was given as a gift and the recipient also found it hard and not particularly comfortable.

I've got a travel pillow with a crescent shape that can be used similarly to protect the face. The molar-shape of this pillow is an improvement and if it was more comfortable I'd like it. If only it came in a softer version it could still protect your face and not feel like your forehead is resting on a block of wood.

My estetician recently told me that I needed to start sleeping on my back in order to prevent wrinkles on the side of my face. WHAT!? I had never heard of that and absolutely cannot sleep on my back so starting doing some research online to see if anything could help me. I found this pillow and was excited but saw that a couple people said that the pillow was hard. I contacted the company and they let me know that they have changed fillings in the pillow and it's now much softer and has been getting a lot of praise from customers since the change. So this gave me the confidence I needed to place my order a few weeks ago. Now I am obsessed with my pillow!!! It took about 4 days to get used to it but now I have no problems and sleep very well with no sleep lines on my face when I wake up. Also, I got some juvederm in my cheeks last week and I feel like this is helping protect it from being smushed or moved around while I sleep. I also use it to read!! Anyway, I just thought I would review in response to a couple people who said the pillow is hard--- it's not!

I bought this pillow after my esthetician made the suggestion to buy. This little pillow has made all the difference! It took about 2 nights to get used to it but now that I am, I don't feel comfortable sleeping on anything else. I no longer wake up with those lines and creases on my face. The bags under my eyes that my esthetician worked so hard to get rid of, now stay gone. I never actually realized what sleeping on your face does to it. If you watch the video that the designer of this pillow put together, it makes total sense why you should not sleep on a regular pillow. I haven't written too many of these reviews but this is one I just had to write!

The concept of this pillow is right on, but at $49.00 the product should have been made much better. Cheap quality. I am so disappointed. Way too expensive, don't bother. Very empty, regular polyfil used, not worth it, it is a rip off!

Bought this pillow after lots of research. The company advises giving yourself some time to adjust, and so I stuck it out for about three months. The shape is great, but the surface of the pillow is HARD. Too hard. After a restless first week or so I started to sleep a bit better, but never did get a good night's sleep using it. The hardness of the pillow kept waking me, it's just uncomfortable. Finally threw in the towel a week ago, went to a local bedding store and found a satin pillowcase for $3.99 that feels, looks and seems to be equal in quality to the case sold for this pillow. Put the new pillowcase on my old pillow and finally started sleeping again! As for preventing wrinkles, I did notice an improvement in sleep lines when I switched to the Anti Wrinkle Beauty Pillow - but I think that's due to the satin case, and I find the same results with my new case on the old pillow. Still use the Beauty Pillow to read in bed, but can't get any beauty rest using it to sleep.

As others have noted, it takes a while to get used to this pillow. I had about a week of very restless sleep (waking up almost hourly!) until I realized that, as a back sleeper, I should put the ends of the pillow OVER my shoulders instead of under (when I slept with shoulders on top of the pillow, I kept sliding and waking up). I'm not sure if part of that is that the pillow squooshed down a bit during that time as well. There are no directions with the pillow that indicate how to use it, and the photos (here and on their site)don't help either.
Since I've been using the pillow (that I bought in a panic after waking up one morning with a big 'new' crease on my face, that thankfully didn't last all day!) my hair looks great in the morning (no 'bed head'). My 'morning face' looks better as well (no more scary "my gosh, where did that come from!" new creases: at least not so far).

I am gushing about this pillow. When I first saw it I did not quite think much of it. It seemed like a travel pillow and I was not looking for a pillow for beauty reasons but more to increase sleep quality and reduce back and shoulder pain. I do like vasseur skin products in general so when I was browsing for a new cleanser, I watched the video (Aamazon won't let me add a URL unfortunately - it's on vimeo, search for vasseur). I realised the pillow is much larger than a neck pillow and thought it might just be what I need.

It didn't take me long to get used to it because I've been using small support pillows already. The latest was a small, Japanese style, seed-filled one, but I was hoping to find something that felt a bit more comfortable when I slept on my side or on my stomach. This pillow does that and more! It's nice to know I am not pulling against my skin and I have not woken up with nice hair like this in forever. But for me the shape is the best part. I sleep so comfortably. I love it. To be honest it's a little expensive for what it is but I decided not to take off stars because of this. At least I am supporting a small local business. (It says made in San Diego). I wish they had the original colors as they look nice in the pics. I bought ivory and an extra pink pillowcase. I am so glad I found this pillow. Watch the video and see if it's for you.

PS: The white one looks like a giant tooth :-)

I am a licensed massage therapist and have been looking for a Pillow that not only I can use in my practice but can provide support for my spine alignment while i sleep and well lets face it FEELS COMFORTABLE. I have tried all kinds of pillows and this one is a huge hit with myself and all my clients. I am a side sleeper and have suffered from acne the past 5 years. I never knew putting my face on a pillow could clog my pores and the anti wrinkle part is a plus. The fact is that i am seeing difference with my skin in becoming more clear, and that is amazing to me. It makes sense when you think about it. Pressing your face on a pillow for about 8 hours a night all that oil from your skin soaking in deeper. And not to mention the fact most of us change out our pillow case once a week. if you change it every day you are so lying to yourself. ;) Anyways I love this pillow there are so many uses and I am very happy I purchased it. PS. the slate blue color is gorgeous!
