BUT once I had it on I realized..it does not work as described at all.
I bought this item because it says "Anti-Glare" in the title. It is essentially a clear screen protector. When I applied it I could still use the screen as a mirror if it came down to it. I was aiming for the affect that my Power Support HD Anti-Glare screens have on my iPhone, which turns my iPhone screen perfectly matte.
It's $300 to replace a matt screen or a cheaper option, which is to buy this film. But be aware, you need a lot of patience to apply this film. The things that will help you is a scotch tape, if you have dust on the static side, take a piece a tape to take the dust particle out. DO NOT USE HAND. ALWAYS USE A TAPE to lift up the film and take the dust out.
I hope this review is helpful!
One thing of note, the darker the background colors, the less noticeable the speckling is. With dark greys you can't even notice it at all. But white backgrounds will drive a person crazy.
