Cleans off dust but leaves streaks behind,

I bought these wipes to clean my LCD monitor. While they do clean off dust, they also leave a lot of streaks behind. The streaks are almost more annoying than the dust! I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. I've read and followed the instructions on the container. After wiping multiple times I just end up with more and more streaks. Based on my experiences, I can't recommend this product for cleaning LCD monitors. I don't know if it works any better on other types of electronics.
