I have been using an Oakley carbon fiber wallet for the last 10 years because it was made so well and offered velcro security that kept my credit cards from falling out. As you would guess it was due for replacement. I have looked at many replacements, been disappointed and Oakley stopped making the model I like. Civilian Labs peaked my interest so I ordered. They shipped very fast and I was not disappointed. I am a convert.

Pros: Well made high quality wallet. Lots of thought went into this product and it shows. No velcro so opening does not make a loud noise like my old Velcro wallet.

Cons: I am not used to having a large metal clip on my wallet, but I will get over it. If you have leather car seats or sofa be careful it is not on the outside of your back pants pocket. It may damage what you sit on.

This wallet is very convenient. The clip makes everything a whole lot easier. I don't have to dig through my pockets looking for my wallet anymore. The only suggestion I would give is to wear a belt, especially for those living in the city. Wearing a belt reduces a possible "run and snatch" grab by robbers. Its also made of good quality, with magnetic tips securing two ends of the wallet; no worries about anything falling out of the thing. Buy this wallet, it won't let you down.

The perforated leather? on this product is awesome. It is not clingy and doesn't show wear a bit. The wallet itself is well designed (just make sure to keep an eye on how you put/position your credit cards etc as the magnets on this bad boy are pretty strong. The curve on the bottom does help when positioning inside the pants (i tend to keep mine on the side of my leg, the wallet rides a bit too high to have it up front on the waistband as it makes sitting a bother)....the see through window (on the inside) for ids is made of a mesh that wont rip/stain or warp like the plastic ones that come in most wallets...The clip is super strong and I cant imagine bending/or detaching through normal use. The only flaw the wallet has (imo) is the lack of a divider in the bill compartment (which is very deep and well designed otherwise- cash will not be falling out of this one) as I carry foreign currency at times and would like to keep them separated. Great item!

While the concept appears to be solid unfortunately the construction of this wallet will not stand up to everyday travel; the magnetic clasp broke within 5 days of use during a EUROPEAN road trip. One broken I had to pay special attention to the handling of every transaction. I just can't recommend this product based on its performance.

Tought this wallet looked really cool. But when I got it I thought I might of wasted my money. But it didn't take along to see it was worth the money, vary well built and will last for ever and love keeping it inside the wait band.

I bought this wallet for my husband after he lost his old one. I really like it and so does he! He works in a manufacturing warehouse so the clip on it was definitely a plus. It's slim and small enough to fit in either his front or back pocket (of course he doesn't have much stuff in it so if you're going to stuff it, it might not fit in a front pocket well). The magnetic closures on it are nice as well as the pockets being sized to just fit credit cards and such in it so they don't fall out. I noticed another review complaining about the size of the chain. The chain that comes with it is only a small four inch loop, but there was never a claim that it came with a neck chain...just a picture showing an example of the loop for a chain being there. Overall, it's a wonderful wallet and I think will be way better for him than just the simple Fossil one he had before.

I bought this based on the good reviews. It is well made and seems secure ... but it's VERY small.

The packaging claims you can get 10 cards in it... that is just barely true. With 10 cards the wallet is at its absolute capacity and it's VERY difficult to insert and remove the cards. Except for the cards "on top" they are one behind the other and so tightly packed you have to remove them to see which card is where.

The image on the product description page shows a neck chain...this is not included ... only a very short chain (maybe 3 inches) was included with the one I got.

I'm still looking for a decent sized wallet; this is clearly not it. My fault I guess ... I just can't get by with so few cards with all that I need to carry.

This medium security 'clip-on' leather tri-fold wallet will attach securely to almost anything with it's Military-grade steel clip. This is my first purchase of a Civilian product and I'm already impressed, with the high-quality, design and function of this tri-fold wallet. This is a great Gift for all ages and will be a great addition for women as well, since it's almost 'palm-size' can be accessed easily with one hand.
Pros - Top Quality, Light-weight, secure closures (no velcro), Clip-on on Car/Truck visors, Back pak D-rings, Bags, Coat pockets (inside), Moisture-resistance materials (ballistic), fine mesh ID window. Holds cards, ID, cash, & 1 key. 'In the Field', it could also be used as an Emergency Signal device, since the clip & rivets are Chrome.
Cons - Only wished it had a secret divider or flap, like one of my other wallets.
