Directions
Adults and children 6 years and older: use once a day after brushing your teeth with toothpaste - fill to top of inner cap threading, 10 milliliters - vigourously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for one minute, then spit it out - do not swallow the rinse - do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing - instruct children under 12 years in good rinsing habits to minimize swallowing - supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision - children under 6

This is an all-natural product like Tom's of Maine. The advantage of the Natural Dentist rinse is that it's gentler. It doesn't cause a burning sensation like the other product.
