An awakening from the paralysis of drug reliance and ignorance.A thought provoking caring text that encouraged me to enter the realmof me again. I mean me as an identity, not a prozac junkie, or failure - this is how needing anti-depressants made me feel. A recognition of the body and brain as a friend that needs 'tlc' not just green and white bullets fired - vigorously - at what feels like a moving target - whilst hoping to hit the mark! END
