I found this book to be extremely helpful. Very practical advice. The only thing I found not to be true was "dressing for dinner". I found that casual dress was by far the best in St. Kitts. Along with my husband, John Bigley, I've written 28 books on Caribbean travel, Texas travel, romantic travel, food-related travel, and, most lately, dogs. Provides a good overview but is a bit dated already. Some of the businesses listed have closed up shop. I found more current information online and downloaded it into my PDA.

I found this book to be extremely helpful. Very practical advice. The only thing I found not to be true was "dressing for dinner". I found that casual dress was by far the best in St. Kitts. Anyone taking a trip to St. Kitts and Nevis should read this book!
