I found this book to be extremely helpful. Very practical advice. The only thing I found not to be true was "dressing for dinner". I found that casual dress was by far the best in St. Kitts. Provides a good overview but is a bit dated already. Some of the businesses listed have closed up shop. I found more current information online and downloaded it into my PDA.
