Pros: If you make your own pasta, ravioli, etc, this is the flour to use.
It is lighter than regular flour and stands up well to the kneading process.
"00" flour is the best ... doesn't matter whether its pasta, pizza, deserts, etc., you won't use regular flour ever again after trying it.Published 4 months ago by JK
