This is a resource book that you will come back to on an ongoing basis. It is well written and provides hisotrical information that makes it easy to identify the items you have as well as its use. I would recommend this to any collector.

Unusual type book to locate, books are rarely written about this subject in these times. I looked for several months before I found "Antique Iron", and was please Amazon made it available. Cast Iron is building in popularity and this book offers a full range of choices and values available. Published in 1984, it may be off as far as prices, but you still get a good guide as to choices of design.
A must have for those collecting Cast Iron. |
